Steps to Apply for Emergency Vietnam Visa Approval Letter from Barbados

Before you get into the process of applying for a cheap Vietnam visa or an emergency visa, you need to be aware of certain points.

– Vietnam is 11 hours ahead of Barbados

– An emergency visa can only be processed from Monday to Friday

– You need to make your online Vietnam visa fee payment and submit the application before 09:15 Vietnam time

With that in mind, you will be happy to know that it is quite easy to get an emergency Vietnam visa cheap as long as you meet the criteria. This visa can be received on arrival at the Vietnam airport and the approval letter will be sent to you within 30 minutes to 8 working hours from the time you apply. But once again the time that you send in the application will determine how fast you get the response. If your application arrives late chances are you will have to wait till the next day to receive a response.

Requirements

You will be expected to present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months, 2 passport size photographs and the Vietnam visa cost.

Visa Application

The application can be done online, the first step will be to log onto the website and complete the application form.

Ensure that you provide the right information and you fill in every mandatory field. Also, provide your email address as clearly as possible since that is where the approval letter will be sent.

Make the required e-visa Vietnam fee payments and then wait.

If your application is treated as an emergency, you should receive your response within 30 minutes. If on the other hand, it is under urgent service, you will receive the response within 4 to 8 Vietnam working hours. Remember, it is according to the time in Vietnam and the working hours are between 9 am and 5 pm.

When you receive the approval letter, you can choose to print it or the agent you used can print it and meet you at the airport with the letter.

The letter should be presented at the immigration desk at the airport, along with your passport, the two photographs, and the visa fee. Ensure that you have the visa fee in cash, preferably American Dollars.

Unless stated otherwise, the visa fee is $25 for a single entry and $50 for multiple entries.

Another alternative would be to go to a Vietnamese embassy. The only problem is there is no embassy in Barbados so you would have to travel to the nearest one in a neighboring country or send your documents to the embassy which may take a long time and that would defeat the idea of applying for an emergency visa. That would make the online application with the assistance of one of our agents the best option.
