Before submitting the documents, you have to pay the full e-visa Vietnam price for Indian citizen via credit or debit card, since it is an actual visa issued electronically online by the Immigration Department of Vietnam. In case if you add on to the rush service, an extra charge will be added.
As like E-visa option, it is also an online process, here you have to fill the document with the required details. Once you submit your online form, you have to pay the first set of Vietnam visa fee for Indian citizen as a service fee via credit or debit card. If you add on to the express service, an additional charge will be added along with the service fee.
The second set of Vietnam visa fee as stamp fee will be asked to pay at your destination international airport of Vietnam since it is a visa pre-approval letter granted by the Immigration Department of Vietnam.
